HKBN Career Guidance Scheme

Through offering career guidance, HKBN Talent volunteers helped 25 young people who did not do well in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination to become certified professional broadband engineers. The volunteers acted as mentors to the youngsters and provided guidance and encouragement for newcomers in the workplace through team building and certification regime. This helped enhance their confidence, enabling them to appreciate professionalism in their work and focus on future planning in pursuit of success. This project embodied our belief in “Our experience inspiring your experience”.
